An English tradition with a Limburgian touch!
The former living quarters, kitchen and dining room of Baron de Selys de Fanson are the setting for the High Tea. Every day, the Bistrot de Liège team serves a High Tea with traditional sweet and savoury treats in three courses with matching teas.
Our Pastry Chef prepares scones and a variety of sweets, serving the finest clotted cream outside of Cornwall, various fruit jams and honey are also available from the estate. Fresh herbs and vegetables from our own garden are used for the savoury delicacies and delicate finger sandwiches.
Of course, the tea should not be missing. We offer a wide selection of Newby Teas London; the most awarded tea supplier in the world. If you prefer your tea sweeter, add a spoonful of our home-made honey freshly prepared on the estate.
There are 2 different types of High Teas for you to choose from:
- Gerlach High Tea with an herbal cocktail: € 34 per person
- Royal High Tea with a glass of champagne: € 42 per person
A vegetarian High Tea is also possible. We would like to hear your preference with your reservation.
The High Tea is served daily between 2 PM and 4 PM. Please reserve 1 day in advance.
The above prices are valid for individual reservations (up to 8 people).
