Formerly the living quarters of Baron de Selys de Fanson, the kitchen and dining areas have retained their original décor, adding to the chic atmosphere that is reflected in the service provided by the team. It is a place that blends nostalgia with contemporary cuisine, devised by the Chef de Cuisine and his talented crew, using ingredients that are locally sourced and harvested from the estate gardens. Weather permitting, the outdoor terrace is a lovely setting for lunch, dinner or light bites.

Turning two restaurants into one, the lower floor of our château has transformed into a bustling restaurant with various functions, just like the families that used the different salons of this beautiful house in the past. The mini-documentary ‘Les Salons’ takes you along the journey we made, working with local farmers, suppliers, winegrowers, and all those who contribute to offering you an experience that invigorates the senses.
