Cancellation Terms 

Online hotel reservations for up to five rooms, per reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date, if done by 15:00. If cancelling after 15:00, or unable to check-in, 100% of the reservation fee will be charged*. 

Different cancellation terms apply for our special non-refundable rates. If booking the non-refundable rate, the reservation must be paid in full at the time of booking, and no changes or cancellations are possible. 

Different cancellation terms apply for group reservations. You will receive these with your quotation.

*Reservation fee + the confirmed price times the number of nights booked
