Pets are allowed in all our rooms (€35 per pet, per night). They are also permitted in our bistro, Burgemeester Quicx, but not at Les Salons.

An extra guest is welcome with the inclusion of an additional bed. For those requiring accommodation for more than three people, there are residences, on property that cater to groups or families.

The majority of our property is wheelchair accessible. Please inform our colleagues prior to your arrival so that we can make any necessary adjustments to facilitate your stay.

We do not have a gym, however guests can use our indoor swimming pool. There are also many natural hiking and running trails in the surrounding area, as well as biking routes throughout the region.

We have no age restrictions, however for any unsupervised guests, under 18 years old, we require a written agreement, with a parent's signature and copy of their ID, Passport or Driving Licence, to be sent to the Hotel Reception via email.

Parking within the hotel's gated car park is free of charge.

We have eight charging stations for electric cars. E-bikes can be charged at stations located in front of the Hotel Reception.

For guests who have booked on a room only basis, there is a buffet breakfast available at an additional charge of €39 per day. For children the price is €21 per child per day.

Our Heritage Fee provides vital support towards the preservation and ongoing maintenance of our historic properties. The contribution of €2.50 per room, per night, assists in upholding Château St Gerlach’s five buildings of national importance and 12 hectares of natural landscape. As a gesture of thanks, we invite you to enjoy complimentary parking, as well as access to the Church of St Gerlachus, Museum and Treasury.
