An exclusive evening full of flavour, style and atmosphere
This winter Château Neercanne invites you into the atmospheric depths of its historic marl caves for a cocktail experience, guided by our mixologist Kieran Klein Nulend. The evening begins with a celebratory aperitif before Kieran leads you on a flavourful journey through three bespoke cocktails, each crafted to complement three refined dishes from our with a Michelin star awarded Chef Robert Levels.
Surrounded by the soft glow of candlelight and the timeless stillness of the caves, the experience unfolds as a story of creativity and culinary harmony. Those wishing to explore further will be able to order additional cocktails prepared by Kieran at a surcharge.
