Taste the garden, meet the hive
Join us for an evening celebrating the remarkable world of bees and the abundance of the kitchen garden. We begin in the garden itself, with an aperitif and amuse-bouche while beekeeper Carlijn Martens introduces us to our resident bee colony.
We then move to Restaurant L'Auberge for a three-course dinner, each dish inspired by the hive and the harvest, accompanied by carefully matched wines, water, and coffee or tea to close.
To carry a little of the evening home, every guest receives a packet of wildflower seeds from the 'Voer de Bij Foundation', helping bees find their way back to our gardens.
