The grounds of Château Neercanne are wheelchair accessible. Both restaurants are at ground level and accessible. There is also a disabled toilet located in the Marl Caves' bathroom facilities. Regarding accommodation, there is a wheelchair-accessible suite on the ground floor. Room adaptations such as a shower chair or toilet support can be arranged on request. Five suites feature a bathtub. Please let us know if you prefer a suite with a bathtub, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Whilst there are no dedicated family rooms, an extra bed can be placed in the Superior Garden Suite and the Deluxe Garden Suite is equipped with a sofa bed for one additional guest. Some of our other suites can also accommodate an extra bed. The cost is an additional €80 per extra bed. A smaller bed for children between 4 and 11 years is an extra €60, while a cot for babies between 0 and 3 years is an added €20.

Yes, windows can be opened in all our accommodations. Select windows open fully or tilt open, depending on the suite.

Château Neercanne is open to visitors and forms part of several regional walking routes. Terrace seating is reserved for dining guests, so we recommend reserving lunch or dinner in advance at Restaurant Château Neercanne or L’Auberge. We cannot accommodate guests on the terrace, if only ordering drinks.

Several private meeting rooms are available for hire and can be used as workspaces.

While we do not have an on-site spa, guests are welcome to visit Spa & Wellness St. Gerlach at our sister property, Château St. Gerlach. We can also arrange for a massage therapist or beauty specialist to visit you at Château Neercanne.

Château Neercanne does not have fitness facilities, but there are numerous hiking, running, and cycling routes throughout the stunning Limburgian countryside and beyond.

The tourist tax is €7.73 per person, per night and is charged separately upon check-out.

Our Heritage Fee provides vital support towards the preservation and ongoing maintenance of our historic properties. The contribution of €2.50 per room, per night, assists in conserving Château Neercanne’s historic buildings, terraced gardens and ancient Marl Caves.

Smoking is not permitted in suites or on the terraces of Restaurant Château Neercanne and L'Auberge. Please ask a member of staff for designated smoking areas.

Dogs kept on a lead are welcome at both Restaurant Château Neercanne and Restaurant L’Auberge. Pets are not permitted inside the suites, however, assistance dogs are welcome throughout the property.
