There is one ground floor suite that is wheelchair accessible. Please inform our team prior to your arrival so that we can make any necessary adjustments to facilitate your stay. Both restaurants are at ground level and accessible. There is also a disabled toilet located in the bathroom facilities within the Marl Caves.
We do not have a gym, however there are many natural hiking and running trails in the surrounding area, as well as biking routes throughout the region.
We have no age restrictions, however for any unsupervised guests, under 18 years old, we require a written agreement, with a parent's signature and copy of their ID, Passport or Driving Licence to be sent to the Hotel Reception via email.
We have complimentary parking for hotel guests at the property, which is monitored by security cameras.
Yes. Events of all sizes, up to 1000 guests, are possible on our country estate. We can host anything from an intimate private dinner to a largescale exclusive use celebration, where marquees can be added to enhance the capacity.
Many of our venues are fully accessible, including the Marl Caves, Restaurant Château Neercanne and L'Auberge, alongside one ground floor suite. Due to the historic nature of the building, some of the upstairs spaces are not accessible, please contact the team for more information.

Our Heritage Fee provides vital support towards the preservation and ongoing maintenance of our historic properties. The contribution of €2.50 per room, per night, assists in upholding Château Neercanne’s historic buildings, terraced gardens and ancient Marl Caves.

If you have booked a package including dinner, this is included in your stay and a table will automatically be reserved for you in one of our restaurants.
For suite reservations without dinner, we recommend that you make a reservation in advance to ensure you have a place in one of the restaurants.
Michelin-starred Restaurant Château Neercanne is open from Wednesday to Sunday. L'Auberge, awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand, is open seven days a week for lunch and on Mondays and Tuesdays for dinner.
There are no specific family rooms; however, an additional bed can be added to a number of suites, including the Superior Garden Suite. Furthermore, the Deluxe Garden Suite is equipped with a sofa bed ideal for one additional guest or two children.
The tourist tax is €7.73 per person, per night and is charged separately upon check-out.
Smoking is not permitted in suites or on the terraces of Restaurant Château Neercanne and L'Auberge. Please ask a member of staff for designated smoking areas.
