Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?

There is one ground floor suite that is wheelchair accessible. Please inform our team prior to your arrival so that we can make any necessary adjustments to facilitate your stay. Both restaurants are at ground level and accessible. There is also a disabled toilet located in the bathroom facilities within the Marl Caves.

Are there fitness facilities?

We do not have a gym, however there are many natural hiking and running trails in the surrounding area, as well as biking routes throughout the region.

Are there age restrictions when staying at the hotel?

We have no age restrictions, however for any unsupervised guests, under 18 years old, we require a written agreement, with a parent's signature and copy of their ID, Passport or Driving Licence to be sent to the Hotel Reception via email.

Are there secure parking spaces?

We have complimentary parking for hotel guests at the property, which is monitored by security cameras.

Is Château Neercanne available for private events or exclusive use?

Yes. Events of all sizes, up to 1000 guests, are possible on our country estate. We can host anything from an intimate private dinner to a largescale exclusive use celebration, where marquees can be added to enhance the capacity.

Are your venues fully accessible?

Many of our venues are fully accessible, including the Marl Caves, Restaurant Château Neercanne and L'Auberge, alongside one ground floor suite. Due to the historic nature of the building, some of the upstairs spaces are not accessible, please contact the team for more information.

Can you accommodate dietary preferences and custom menus?

Our team are adept at accommodating individual preferences and can work with you to create custom menus that take into account any dietary requests.

Are there charging points for electric cars available?

We have four charging stations for electric cars available in the car park.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are allowed in Restaurant L'Auberge and in Restaurant Château Neercanne, pets are not permitted in our suites.

What AV technology is availabe onsite?

We provide complimentary use of TV or projector with screen and microphone. Specific preferences can be accommodated for an additional fee.

What is the sustainability policy of Château Neercanne?

Can you host weddings?

What is the Heritage Fee?

Our Heritage Fee provides vital support towards the preservation and ongoing maintenance of our historic properties. The contribution of €2.50 per room, per night, assists in upholding Château Neercanne’s historic buildings, terraced gardens and ancient Marl Caves.

Can I eat in the restaurant during my stay?

We would be delighted to welcome you in Restaurant Château Neercanne or l'Auberge during your stay.

If you have booked a package including dinner, this is included in your stay and a table will automatically be reserved for you in one of our restaurants.

For suite reservations without dinner, we recommend that you make a reservation in advance to ensure you have a place in one of the restaurants.

Michelin-starred Restaurant Château Neercanne is open from Wednesday to Sunday. L'Auberge, awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand, is open seven days a week for lunch and on Mondays and Tuesdays for dinner.

Does the hotel have family rooms available?

There are no specific family rooms; however, an additional bed can be added to a number of suites, including the Superior Garden Suite. Furthermore, the Deluxe Garden Suite is equipped with a sofa bed ideal for one additional guest or two children.

What is the tourist tax and when is it charged?

The tourist tax is €7.73 per person, per night and is charged separately upon check-out.

Is smoking permitted in the suites? Where is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not permitted in suites or on the terraces of Restaurant Château Neercanne and L'Auberge. Please ask a member of staff for designated smoking areas.

Is there a lost property department?

We log and store all lost property for six months. If you have left an item behind, please contact Reception at [email protected] or call +31 43 325 13 59.

Can the hotel accept parcels or mail addressed to me before my arrival?

We are happy to receive packages on your behalf prior to, or during your stay, provided you hold an active reservation. Please ensure packages are clearly labelled with your full name and arrival date.
