Out of a passion for wine, Spencer’s has partnered with local vineyard St. Martinus to offer our guests two exclusive wine tastings. Each tasting includes a carefully chosen selection of house favourites. Our wine tastings are available daily without reservations and offer you the chance to stop by Spencer’s Bar and taste delicious Limburg wines in an atmospheric setting.
Wine Flight 265
Indulge in a unique tasting experience with St Martinus’ WIJn 265 white, red and rosé wines. Crafted from a blend of grape varieties, the name 265 refers to the total altitude of both the WIJland vineyard in Valkenburg near our sister hotel Château St. Gerlach and that of St Martinus Winery in Vijlen. Delicate and delicious, the three wines are suitable for all occasions.
