Bringing together an exciting synergy between old and new, Kruisherenhotel is delighted to announce a collaboration with De Glazerij: an innovative stained glass workshop based in central Maastricht. Founded by craftsperson Guido Dilweg, De Glazerij is renowned for its host of bespoke projects, alongside a popular online store selling captivating ‘glasstronomy’.
Pop up exhibition
To celebrate the launch of Spencer’s, Kruisherenhotel has partnered with De Glazerij to host a pop-up exhibition. Open for one month from 14 June 2023, the event will showcase De Glazerij’s enigmatic glassware against the striking backdrop of the hotel’s gothic architecture.
Experience the craft
As an extension of the partnership, Kruisherenhotel x De Glazerij is offering guests the opportunity to take part in a choice of three exclusive stained glass workshops. The experience will start with a delicious lunch and glass of Champagne, served under the hotel’s monumental stained glass windows, before walking to the De Glazerij atelier to view and take part in the art of stained glass creation.*
*Workshops available on the 6th of September, 18th of October and 2nd of December.
