Five talented chefs, one remarkable menu
Join us at Château Neercanne for the annual culinary collaboration between the chefs from Oostwegel Collection and our wine partner, St. Martinus. Hosted in the historic Marl Caves, this highly anticipated lunch will showcase the culinary talents of Oostwegel Collection, with each chef presenting a unique dish that reflects their individual style and expertise.
The experience begins with an amuse by Robert Levels (Château Neercanne), followed by four courses created by Tim Signet (Spencer's), Raoul Goovaerts (Château St. Gerlach), Remco Pfeifer (L'Auberge) and Guido Le Bron de Vexela (Les Salons).
Selected by Stan Beurskens and St. Martinus, the wines have been carefully chosen to complement each course, celebrating regional produce combined with seasonal flavours.
