Steps to success
From letter to job: in a number of steps, we get to know each other so that we know where and how you can make a difference.
After your application, our recruiter will contact you within a few days to get to know you briefly. Is there a positive match after the job interview you then have with your future manager? Then we will send you a proposal and schedule an employment interview. You can then digitally sign your contract and you are ready to start!

We are as successful as our people. As a family business, we like to invest in our people. Do you have the love for the sector? Then we will help you with the knowledge and skills you need.
Training and courses
We work together with various training institutes, such as Hotel Management School Maastricht and mbo courses, in the field of hospitality. We also organise workshops and master classes with regular partners Wijnstudio and Foodlab Limburg. In-house, there are monthly training courses on food & beverage, communication and service.
Indoors and outdoors
Our houses incorporate all facets of hospitality: from banqueting to event management and from food & beverage to housekeeping. As a working student at Château Neercanne, do you have the ambition to become a sommelier at Kruisherenhotel? Or will you start with a part-time job at Winselerhof and dream of a job as maître at Château St. Gerlach? There is plenty of room to grow, within the same house or one of the other three.
