Les Salons Champagne Lunch
Enjoy a 4-course Champagne Lunch in our authentic Les Salons restaurant and raise a toast with the family on Mother’s Day. Be surprised by seasonal dishes prepared with fresh products harvested from the estate’s gardens, specially chosen by our Chef de Cuisine.

Asparagus Cooking Workshop
Discover the art of asparagus cooking with Chef Otto Nijenhuis during a unique cooking workshop for mothers and (older) children at St Gerlach Pavilion. With a maximum group size of 10-15 people, Otto will take you into the garden, explain how to prepare asparagus and together you will prepare one delicious dish. This culinary experience starts at 11.30 and includes a signed chef’s cookbook with contributions from Chef Otto Nijenhuis and Chef Guido Le Bron de Vexela. Enrich your culinary knowledge and enjoy a tasty day together!

Vespa Tour
Mother’s Day is just around the corner and what better way to celebrate this special day than exploring the beautiful South Limburg hills together? At Château St. Gerlach, we are happy to take advantage of this opportunity by inviting you on a Vespa tour through the beautiful surroundings in which we are located.
Enjoy the rolling hills, picturesque villages and breathtaking views as you explore the area at your own pace. Stop at cosy cafes along the way, sample local delicacies and make memories that will last a lifetime. This activity can be booked from €35.
